I am passionate about helping others and feel lucky to call this a job
I can safely say that for me no job is more rewarding than working as a kinesiologist. I'm truly passionate about helping others and being a part of people's journey to a happier, healthier place.
I would love to be able to help you on your journey of wellbeing, whether it is emotional or physical issues that you want to improve. I understand the stresses of life, have experience in the world of business and have been on my own journey to wellness. I'll listen, treat you as an individual and help you achieve your goals for wellbeing.
I have qualified in Health Kinesiology, Integrated Healing, Touch for Health and am I'currently completing my training in a self-love method called I Love You, Me. Qualifictions are all well and good but here's a little more about me, beyond qualifications:

Sophie has a clear passion for her practice and a true connection with the body. She introduced me to kinesiology and explained what my body was telling her/me and gave me great advice for a better quality of life.
I love working with Sophie, she is very calm and a great therapist. The other day a little bell rang in my head and I just realised that I felt differently.
I've suffered with hay fever for years but in 2 sessions with Sophie my hay fever has gone. I don't know how it worked but I used to have a runny nose and itchy eyes all the way through summer but now it's completely gone.
"Sophie is very thorough. She puts you at ease and pays careful attention to the outcomes. I feel less anxious and more at ease. Her recommendations for me to use clary sage and meditation have worked amazingly well."
